Delivery methods

Collection from Teguri 45, Tartu - free of charge.

Parcel machine and courier - the price is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. No delivery cost is added after confirmation.

Lead times

Items in stock are dispatched once payment is received.

Lead times for made-to-order items are stated on the product page and carried onto the order and the invoice. The lead time starts from receipt of payment.

Payment

Payment is currently by bank transfer against an invoice. We email a prepayment invoice as soon as you confirm the order. The final VAT invoice is issued with the goods.

Card payment is not available yet. We do not ask for or store card details.

Returns

A consumer has 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to a customer's measurements or specification.

If an item is faulty we repair or replace it. Our repair service is also available outside warranty.
