What we collect

To fulfil an order: name, email, phone, delivery address and, where needed, company name, registry code and VAT number.

For an enquiry or a quote request: whatever you enter in the form.

The cart is held in a session cookie in your browser. We use no other cookies.

What we do not do

We use no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or external fonts. No external service receives data about your visit.

We do not ask for or store card details.

We do not sell or pass on your data for marketing.

How long and where

Accounting documents, invoices included, are kept for seven years as required by law. Enquiries are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Data is held in the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, and ask for deletion to the extent the law allows. Write to the address on the contact page.
