Lock strap that adds a second layer of retention
A lock strap is a webbing strap across the mouth of a pouch with a buckle or lock closure, adding another layer of retention on top of a friction lining or Kydex insert.
It is used on pouches where equipment needs to stay firmly in place during movement, either together with another retention method or on its own.
Care and repair
Hand wash and check the lock mechanism occasionally, clearing out sand and grit. A worn strap or a broken lock can be replaced by our repair service.
